Davey Development LLC is a Portland based licensed, bonded and insured general contractor company with lead based paint renovator certification. The principal owner has over 40 years building and design experience specializing in interior and exterior remodeling, performing major structural framing work and a proven track record rehabilitating and flipping real estate investment properties within a limited time frame for real estate investors.

The Company has comprehensive experience with property repairs covered by the Client’s insurance, working directly with the insurance company on the behalf and benefit of the Client to achieve the highest result, bringing the property up to current building code if required and returning the property back to its pre damaged condition.
