The Client hires Davey Development LLC as the General Contractor and Davey Development LLC answers directly to the Client.

The Client works in liaison with the General Contractor who is in charge of the entire project on the Client’s behalf.

The Client, when necessary, deals directly with their architect, engineer and designer.

Davey Development LLC typically supplies the overall estimated budget and timeframe for the entire project.

Davey Development LLC directly oversees their employees.

Davey Development LLC works in liaison with project subcontractors, architects, engineers, designers and with City or County inspectors to oversee every aspect of the project.

Davey Development LLC and their employees will carry out general site management, all structural framing, all aspects of interior and exterior carpentry, deconstruction, skilled general labouring, sheetrock, painting, tiling, roofing, insulation, decking, fencing, hardscaping, masonry, drainage systems, retaining walls, excavation work, site cleanup and overall site safety.

Davey Development LLC provides a 5-year warranty on all workmanship performed by their employees and up to a 5-year warranty on workmanship performed by their subcontractors with all materials supplied and used carrying their own manufacturer’s warranties.
